2011 is off to a fast start. We are seeing positive sales trends, increases in closed sale prices and declining available inventory. Speak directly with them to make sure they are a good fit for your search. You can also ask them for references and a bio to learn more about their background.

5.) Communicate you trip timing and make specific appointments to secure the appropriate time with your team.
