So it is common for buyers considering Naples and Marco Island Florida to be looking for that extra edge. My recommendation for the serious buyer is to arrive prepared. It can make a real difference in successfully achieving your objective.

So what can you do to really hit the ground running? Here are some tips to consider before you arrive in beautiful Southwest Florida for your house hunting experience:

1.) Understand how much you can afford and the amount you feel comfortable with. A conversation with your CPA/accountant and/or banker is an excellent place to start.

5.) Communicate you trip timing and make specific appointments to secure the appropriate time with your team.
